My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The rooms were well-kept, but the lingering smell of old smoke in a non-smoking room was a drawback. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there was an incident of a staff member being rude. The hotel's location was convenient for my visit to Xavier University, although the proximity to highway ramps made accessibility a bit challenging.
